How is it then possible that, for example, m*-Haus or A* can advertise new construction projects on real estate portals on designated plots where the land is included in the price? How does that work?

I somehow found everything in there logical. The problem is what is not included. When you read through several construction service descriptions, you already find the first differences yourself. But that is still only a fraction of what the expert finds.

The glossy marketing babble must first be translated into hard facts. Once you have that, you can consult the Internet and an expert.
And even then, you will probably still be surprised by one or the other.
