Alright, but building a house is no bargain anyway, I think. I can't imagine that you can get an Audi for the price of a Seat from any company.

That is absolutely right, nobody gives you anything for free. In the end, I had the choice between a small Mercedes with 140 m2 without a basement or a large Volvo with 175 m2 including basement and I chose the Volvo and am very satisfied with it.

P.s. Nobody buys Audi nowadays...

I would absolutely advise against Rensch-Haus!
The construction phase went without major problems. However, after three years we had the first water damage and one and a half years later the second water damage. The ground floor was completely renewed in both cases with screed, etc. Our house was uninhabitable for half a year the first time and we had to leave our house for 10 months the second time due to water damage. There was no support from Rensch-Haus.
So stay away.
