I have found that I get more value for my money with a (local) solid house manufacturer. Of course, this is purely subjective, as you can only compare rudimentarily based on the construction service description. My financing advisor just said that with Weiss you are sure to get a Mercedes, but you also have to pay at least as much as for a Mercedes. If you want that, Weiss can be the right choice.
