A friend built with Rensch-Haus and was very satisfied with the price/performance. However, I can't give you any details about it. I only know that he built turnkey and would recommend the company...

Oh, he built in the Frankfurt am Main area.

I am currently only reading “prefabricated house“ versus “locally solid“. Why do you equate prefabricated house with “not local“? We have requested quotes from several local prefabricated house companies, and everything was good and as agreed. There were also no surprises afterwards.

Well - the prefabricated house builders are (at least here) often larger companies. No matter how local it was, it was (much) more expensive. Of course, regionality cannot be equated with "solid construction." Nevertheless, I believe that I am more likely to have an architect "on site" than a prefabricated house builder.

Actually, nowadays it doesn't matter how you build, both have advantages and disadvantages. What's important is that everyone is satisfied with what they have and feels comfortable. What I would be interested in now is whether anyone here in the forum has already had experience with Fertighaus Weiss from Fertighauswelt Nürnberg and with Rensch-Haus from Fertighauswelt Günzburg?? I don't want to start a new topic right away, that's why

Exactly. With prefabricated house companies, I would always read construction blogs from customers, it's always very insightful.

Are you from Pfaffenhofen an der Roth or is that a different Pfaffenhofen?
