The Nibe F2050 is then presumably also oversized?

Suitable for three of your houses. Yes, you lack experience with alternatives. I do not know of a suitable heat pump that is small enough off the top of my head. What heating load was calculated? The heating system is chosen based on that. I would recommend that you read up on air-to-air heat pumps. Hot water then via a hot water heat pump.

You should reasonably take enough time to look at such things yourself and up close. The sensations are too different to rely solely on reports from other people, because every technology has advantages and disadvantages, but especially you should also consider your individual use and preference. Since you are alone, that is quite "simple," as you only have to consider your own matters; it is hardly possible to assess an imaginary other person beforehand. Such a project consists of many different areas, so the questionnaire here would be a sensible starting point, and maybe also the current idea of your floor plan. I would find it important to know how you want to live in the house, the heating being only one single element among many. We live as two in a KfW40 house or even with measurement values below that; if I had small children or were in a different life phase, the house would look completely different also regarding the heating. Some like a fireplace as a main or additional heating, others do not find that good for various reasons or are bothered by the adding of wood and tending the fire. We enjoy that, but I can also understand it the other way around. I would definitely insulate it to the maximum, I am now absolutely convinced of that where I live in it. Afterwards, think about good window planning/shading, and then you do not need much more heating. For hot water, for example, we have the Arostor from Vaillant, so I think a hot water heat pump could be part of your considerations.

I am currently reading in another post that there is not even an initial plan for the house. Maybe you should plan first and then deal with the heating. Of course, you do not answer my question about the heating load calculation.

No, I don't have any planning yet, I'm still at the very beginning, but I'm trying to clarify as much as possible beforehand so that I can at least roughly assess whether what is being offered to me makes sense. If I have the planning done by an architect (Leistungsphase 1-3), will such topics (heating, photovoltaics, etc.) be clarified in this process?

Wrong. The heating should adapt to the planning. It’s nonsense to decide on a wedding dress now without a bride existing. I’ll give you a tip: before you post similar topics with the same unknowns in several subforums, open a thread in the construction planning subforum that includes your entire project. Introduce yourself and your project, show the site plan and your room program. There is also a pinned questionnaire. Experience shows that this is more successful for a newbie.
