Our general contractor agreed without any problems to the upgrade from air-water to soil-water heat pump. Only the drilling he excluded, and we had to take care of that ourselves. The drilling company ran the pipes underground through the previously laid empty conduits/foundation penetrations into the technical room, from there the heating engineer takes over, actually a quite unspectacular story.

I can only agree with the previous speakers. Separate the drilling company and the heating contractor. It would be important to have a heat load calculation from the heating contractor (we received it from the energy expert and gave it to the heating contractor/driller) so that the drilling company can design (depth). Get several drilling companies to submit offers with the heat load calculation/site plan and some information, and then it will go smoothly. Just google Zert Bau 120W, there you will find certified ones in your area. (For us, the ones farther away were cheaper).

Regarding the topic, do you all also have an ugly overpressure relief container, in case you ever need something like that? Or how was it implemented with you? Heizi says it should not be discharged into the wastewater.

PS Thread starter: Above the ball valves was Heizi and below including ball valves was the driller

- that part of the utility room still needs to be spruced up. ;)

So, we don’t have one ... however, there is an expansion vessel between the probes and the heat pump.

Then it is probably a redundancy for us. If the pressure vessel fails, then the canister acts as a backup.

How often does your machine cycle/start-stop/pulse? We currently have 20 pulses at 600h – the AIT technician said he has never seen anything like it before (in a positive sense).
