Hello I am planning to build a house next year and am already going through options for myself where I could possibly design something like that on my PC? Best regards

ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Nemetschek, VectorWorks, 2D or 3D. From €5,000 to €7,000 as a basic version. And then practice persistently for 1-2 years while designing and thoroughly planning 2-3 houses. That will lead to fairly good results. Provided one knows, wants, and can then implement it constructively. Expertise in building construction, building physics, structural engineering, and material science is certainly not a hindrance. Advanced knowledge of building and planning law is also quite beneficial. I naturally assume taste, style, and good spatial imagination are present. A certain level of originality, of course, as well. The cost accounting steps go without saying; I mention them only for the sake of formality. Now, the rest is really simple. It is hard to imagine, but some people spend/waste years on a so-called "degree" to learn exactly this. Curious, isn’t it!

For PC or Mac? I have Arcon for PC - it is no longer available under that name, but if you google it, you get the same program under another name. Cost: 100/150 €. Very good 2D/3D results, short learning curve... nevertheless, I agree with when it comes to creativity, background knowledge, and implementation skills.

Hello
I don't think I am capable of designing my house myself so that it is finished, but I believe that one would already get an overview of what
would be nice or what one might possibly do without!

Currently planned is a house for 2 adults and in planning 2 children!
Ground floor
Kitchen closed (possibly kitchen island)
Living/dining room!
Utility room passage to the garage (it wouldn't be bad if a wall borders the dining area! I could imagine an aquarium in it and then cleaned from the utility room!
Guest WC

Upper floor
Bedroom (possibly with dressing room)
2 children's rooms
Bathroom

2nd upper floor
Office
Technology?(is something like that possible above the garage?)

Terrace so that a conservatory can possibly be added later!

What would be the best way to easily create such plans for me!
I'm not good with paper!
Best regards, just wanted to explore possibilities!
