Yes, for example there is one from Gira.
Ok, I have no designation except the one I saw, so here is the reminder again...
Regarding LAN - have simplex and duplex quoted. At least for the office, duplex would make sense.
Otherwise, something general on the topic.
When laying the cables, make sure to use a proper empty conduit that runs all the way to the socket and is not made of leftover pieces. Ideally, they should also use an M25 and not some thin worm.
Depending on where you are building, the regular cables are also put into conduits, but that is rather the standard in the south.
If you have some money left over, you can also lay the conduits yourself. If something needs to be done later, you save yourself from tearing up half the wall. You can buy them at the hardware store and have the local electrician install them for a few euros.

Thank you for your tips.

I now have to wait and see what number his offer will put forward.

Hello

for that I equipped one of the wall lamps with a 15 W bulb. It is switched on and off via a switch placed on the left and right side of the bed. Since then, there have been no more bruised toes. Also, finding the bathroom door is no longer a problem. And in the shell construction phase, that is a small matter to implement.

It can also be retrofitted later - we have something like that too, really great. No more too bright night light for the child.
One of these in the bathroom, no more need for light in the toilet and you don’t wake up fully at night. Perfect.

Does anyone have an idea how long a professional needs to install an additional socket next to an existing one in the shell construction?

Does something like that take 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or......?

They just make a hole, plaster in the box, connect the cable from the existing one to the new one, connect the insert? Or is there something missing?

Thanks!

Yes, something like that. The effort is not really the actual cutting and installing of the box, but the stuff around it. Carrying tools, electricity, putting on the crown, drilling, vacuuming, knocking out the old box, mixing plaster, putting in the new double box, letting it dry, ... overall very inefficient if you only want to do it for one socket.
