Small Bungalow Floor Plan - Optimization Potential?

Hello, nice of you to ask. I have an appointment for measurements in 2 weeks and afterwards I will go to the architect for a first draft on how to best fit my desired floor plan onto the plot. In the meantime, I have also had offer discussions with Talbau and Hanse Haus and should receive the offers within the next 2 weeks. So nothing is decided yet and it remains exciting. I’ll gladly attach my desired floor plan for you – I have played around with it a bit… But I just like it and all other approaches I discarded because something didn’t fit. For the patio doors, one of the elements is fixed glass and the other is a normal patio door. I have also already completed a first kitchen plan with the I*EA configurator…

Nice that you have come to a decision for yourself. I recognize many things from the other drafts: the desk layout, the shower... Your preferred kitchen and sofa arrangement. The outdoor area is also well done.
I don't want to pressure you, but one or two photos of the ongoing construction as well as the finished terrace would be desirable hehe

Yes, looks good. The door to the Allraum (here called Außenraum/Wohnen) from the entrance hallway should be reconsidered. In my opinion, the hinge should be changed so that the open door does not protrude into the room.
