It probably means this one here:

It seems to me that the OP – yes, especially with the second house, also incomprehensible to me – simply did not ask himself such questions, but rather
1. searched somewhere on the internet for a house placement dummy matching the dimensions for the plot, which was good enough for him as a basis for discussion;
1a. was not really interested in the upper floor, so the inspiration provider attic floor may remain unchanged here;
2. made the only really important remodeling on the ground floor, namely that the house is entered through the garage.
In the service of a generous parking courtyard, the garage with the attached house is placed in the furthest corner, that’s just how it is with – ahem – unusual priorities.

I join your line of thought: the OP should once post his current house here and mark the pain points in its floor plans (if he even has any, which presupposes at least a minimal amount of conscious reflection).

There will probably be no pain points to report, at least not for the OP. The house is only being "changed" because the old house is kept by the ex-wife (or something like that). The focus seems to be more on photovoltaic location (noted in the other thread) and on the courtyard/driveway so that possible vehicles have space. I have not read anything about living and dwelling in either thread.

Thank you very much for all your answers first of all!

1. Attached are the floor plans of our old house. So you can see "where" I come from.

2. Here is the north-oriented plan of the new plot. It is about number 83.

3. For now, I only searched for a discussion basis as a template from the internet. The house planned there did not fit the proportions at all since it was originally planned for 7.5m. But I would want to build 10x8.5m.

4. The entrance in the draft was originally even planned from the east. And the wardrobe was originally planned next to the stairs. For me, there is nothing against implementing it that way. Then you would just have the front door in front of the garage... If you then move the technical room to the south and swap it with the guest bathroom, you would no longer have a passage from the garage into the house but would go outside through the actual front door... That would work too, right? My ideal vision would be a passage from the garage into the house...

5: As a "living room," a corner of 4x4m would be enough for me! We never had more before and I found that optimal in terms of seating distance.

6: As a "kitchen," 4x3m would probably be sufficient for me. Honestly, our old kitchen never felt too small! And it was only 3x3m in size.

7: A shower on the ground floor was very important to me back when planning the old house... But it was never used in 5 years... I would tend to plan one again though, in case the new partner and I start planning children...

8: Regarding parking spaces, etc. You have to understand, I come from the countryside. My parents have a large farm estate... You came home, parked the car ANYWHERE, parked the trailer ANYWHERE... Visitors came, they parked their cars ANYWHERE... You returned from vacation, parked the caravan ANYWHERE, and only unpacked it the day after next because it did not disturb anyone... and so on. That means quality of life to me! Not having to move the trailer first when my sister comes to visit by car... That is why I place relatively high value on having a proper yard area... I would rather do without lawn area...

9: Photovoltaics is a hobby of mine... Our old tent roof turned out to be extremely unfavorable (you learn from mistakes...) Therefore, no other roof than a relatively flat gable roof comes into question for me... (A single-sided shed roof is unfortunately not allowed according to the development plan)

10: I already find the floor plan of the upper floor perfect for my needs. Of course, window placement can still be discussed. The only important thing for me is that there are no sloped ceilings on the upper floor... Coming from a city villa, it is hard to imagine being restricted there again...

No! It’s NOT US who have to understand something. YOU MUST understand that it just doesn’t work like that in a new development area with a development plan and a plot under 600sqm. Impermeabilizations have to be reported and parking motorized vehicles on the lawn is undesirable, if not even forbidden. So if you don’t want to plan down to 30cm but can only manage with colorful kindergarten building blocks, then, to be honest, you should just leave the planning alone. Maybe you should then only consult the AI?! I mean: what kind of added value does it bring here if you come with 3x4 or 4x4? That has very little to do with house planning or designing living space. The floor plan is only one part of house planning. It develops after you have set the basic parameters. You should know that as a repeat builder. You seem to have difficulty adapting to circumstances? Check yourself – although you forgot to mention your age, growing up also means a learning curve and accepting that you have to submit to other requirements.

Then you chose the wrong property if it is supposed to be like that again. You have less than 600 sqm.
