Then also show the "old" property for comparison – were you able to keep such a spacious (park) courtyard there as well? 90 ... from that I read "is/will be 35 this year".

Right. Such details tend to disappear quickly on the phone. However, it is now about a new building and not about the discussion about the old past house.

The shown discussion basis does not look like you would have had to increase the house depth by one meter first (?) Do you know the model whose floor plans you sneakily took / do you still have the ground floor "untouched"?

The "origin" always belongs as well. If the current apartment / previous apartment is the same type (i.e. now a detached single-family house and before as well) then it makes sense (or even suggests itself) to incorporate the experiences from it into the basics. On my mobile phone nothing is mutilated regarding member names (?)

No, first of all you should define what you actually want and why. And that is not to be read here in any way (except for enough hope). And the property is simply not suitable for that. The past may well remain the past.

But that precisely includes "I never want to" (constantly bump into things like at point X / have such a convoluted walking path like between Y and Z).

I couldn’t maintain the luxury of a large courtyard… That’s when I realized how important it all is to me now… and yes, I am 35 years old. However, what my age has to do with my house planning is beyond me. My ideas and wishes are relatively flexible… -10x8.5m -Garage 7x9m -2 full floors with a shallow pitched roof -The upper floor as I suggested suits me well -The ground floor I am relatively flexible about… but it should have an open all-purpose room… What else do you want to know?
