3. For the time being, I only looked for a discussion basis as a template from the Internet. The house planned there did not fit the proportions at all, as it was originally planned for 7.5m. But I would want to build 10x8.5m. 4. The entrance in the draft was originally even planned from the east. And the wardrobe was originally planned next to the stairs. Nothing speaks against implementing it that way for me. Then you'd just have the front door in front of the garage... If you then move the utility room to the south and swap it with the guest bathroom, you would no longer have a passage from the garage into the house, but you would go outside through the actual front door... That would work too, right? My ideal vision would be a passage from the garage into the house...
The shown discussion basis does not look like you would have had to increase the house depth by one meter first (?) Do you know the model whose floor plans you sneakily took / do you still have the ground floor "untouched"?
However, it is now about a new build and not about the discussion of the old past house.
The "origin" always belongs as well. If the current apartment / previous apartment is the same type (i.e. now a detached single-family house and before as well) then it makes sense (or even suggests itself) to incorporate the experiences from it into the basics.
Such details tend to quickly disappear on mobile phones.
On my mobile phone nothing is mutilated regarding member names (?)
