I fear that in my ignorance I caused your confusion and the previous discussion about the floor area ratio. I simply confused floor area ratio and site coverage ratio. We have a site coverage ratio of 0.4 and no floor area ratio specified. Sorry.
Yesterday, already pointed out that the site coverage ratio should be indicated in the plan. Anyone who can read it is clearly at an advantage.

But tell me, where did you get our development plan from?

Unfortunately, you are completely right. The rental income was included in the budget of 550,000 euros. In addition, until recently, we assumed an additional good 60,000 euros from the KfW. I will calculate again precisely tomorrow morning.

The salesperson in post no. 19 was definitely Holzständer. I know the plans. We discarded them for cost reasons. Holzständer also tend to build towers. Many just put a cellar under their standard town villa. Take the minimum energy standard and look for house construction companies that focus on it. It should save a few euros. is really missed. He would know how to sensibly place a house on the plot without exceeding the floor area ratio and moving as little earth as possible. Calculate the new budget.
