Single-family house planning - approx. 170m2 without basement

First of all, thank you very much for your input.

With the common layout, one would first expect the kitchen after the hallway.

That was planned that way in an original plan as well, but we decided on the kitchen in the northwest because we wanted a short path from the kitchen to the outside. The terrace borders the west side, and we wanted the short routes there.

The cozy area is much better placed in the north/west and is also much cozier if it cannot be seen directly from the front door.

We are currently trying to find a solution for this. At the moment, we are thinking about a sliding door towards the hallway.

The utility room in the center of the laundry area actually makes sense – but if you didn’t want it that way, it should be planned differently.

I think the utility room will probably remain in the center of the laundry area.

Place the two children's rooms on a gable wall because the windows are very low on the side.
No one needs the recreation room in the corridor on the upper floor, so add it to the children’s rooms.
If a storage room is still needed, then place it between the children’s rooms.

That is a very good hint; we will re-plan in this direction. Children’s rooms on the gable sides and the utility room in between.

How was the KS in the house?

1.60 meters

At a floor height of 302 cm, I would also check the rise of the stairs again.
