I think 12sqm is the minimum. Both of our children's rooms are just under 16sqm.

I am here < at this forum> to make progress and learn! :rolleyes: This (pictures) is our current planning status! What do you think about it? We are still very uncertain about the exterior stairs, maybe we will leave them out.

Pure layman's opinion:
If I am reading the plan correctly, the front door opens towards the stairs? I would be afraid that someone coming down the stairs might bump their "head" on it.
I would omit the pantry, at 1.10m width you can't fit two shelves opposite each other, and I would prefer to make the kitchen bigger and store the items there.
