We would like to have only 2 floors! - The wider the house, the more slope there is! The room height is already quite high! Do you have ideas on how else we can plan - do you have sample floor plans? I can't find anything similar on Google.

Shouldn't there be as little hallway as possible?
Where else should the kitchen be?
What do you advise us?

Yes, the driveway is in the garden and the street is by the entrance.
Living area approx. 140 sqm

Regarding the location - Grumpelweg is the street access - The building is supposed to be in the garden there.

Thanks in advance to everyone who wants to help us!

@ MracWen - Could you possibly send us your floor plan? Your house is very beautiful! (Profilbild)

Our floor plan will help you little. Here you need about 24 meters of street frontage. You should also always look at the orientation. For us, classic north-south. Entrance in the north. Kitchen in the east, southwest living and dining area as well as balcony, terraces, and in the west sleeping and working.

Too bad, we would have been interested. 24 m might be possible - but probably on the other side.. How do you "use" the basement? Is it a living basement? How much slope do you have? Best regards

Our thread here. There were a few changes in the execution planning, but the concept remained the same.

Yes, the basement is used almost entirely as a living basement, a complete granny flat with 95 sqm of living space and a ground-level exit to the terrace or garden on the south side.

We have a slight slope from east to west. Otherwise, the other terrain profile will be artificially created. The driveway to the garage is, I think, about 15%.

And how is the slope? Why is the front door opposite to the garage? You write front door east... why not have the garage there as well? What were you thinking during the planning as it is now?

Regards
