Single-family house floor plan - narrower possible? First ideas

Thanks for the tag - it's actually almost exactly our dimensions, only with the advantage that windows are possible everywhere! I really like this myLine140 floor plan too! Especially only 7.40m external dimensions - that would be perfect for you. Unfortunately, that's not possible for us due to the pitched roof. Otherwise, that would be my choice as well.

I have to agree with my predecessors.
We also planned with a straight staircase and literally struggled with the compromise between the upper floor and the ground floor.
If you move this space-consuming staircase by just half a meter, everything upstairs can change!
We simply drew the house walls of the ground floor and placed a tracing paper over it, so you can see how the upper floor changes when you move the staircase downstairs.

That is "very good." "Very good with stars" would be to start with the upper floor. That applies in general, but especially for pitched roof floors with little knee wall.
