Was the floor plan created based on what? Site plan? On the ground floor bedroom how much space is there between the end of the bed and the wall? Where does something like a wardrobe go?
What comes on the upper floor?

Otherwise, what immediately stands out to me:
- Washing machine/dryer should not be placed in the last corner of the utility room; the walking paths are absolutely impractical: Was it simply drawn there for convenience? It’s not a final position especially since the laundry chute is at the front in the corner.

- Door to the heating room is missing: caught.

- A covered terrace between the living room/kitchen where you don’t have proper access? Which part do you mean?

- Behind the parents' shower a wall is missing: yes, also caught it not copied when copying.

- On the upper floor there are dressing rooms at the bottom of the plan and another room to the right, all somewhat hard to interpret without doors?! Yes, there are 3 children's rooms each with dressing rooms. I will still provide the size of the rooms. The last room on the right side will be the office. Since I’m not finished with the plan yet, this is not the final version.

- Without a site plan of the property it looks like you now have a very, very long access path to the front door: site plan will be provided later.

- And how large is your property and budget for such a house, please?!

The property is 2000 sqm and the budget should be a maximum of 850,000 euros.
