I don’t understand that either.
The Maxime 800 has a knee wall of 135cm. With a normal story height, the development plan is missing about one meter, or the house is based on the wrong basic house.
The roof would have to lie flat, because I don’t see a KS here.
Or were there other infos in the meantime regarding the development plan? Outdated? Contestable?
I seem to remember that the ridge height was very high in relation? Then it comes out as a witch’s house.
Anyway: the original Maxime 800 is already somewhat more functional on the ground floor. Then also an outdoor sauna in a separate small house with access to the house, that’s nicer than planned in the storage room.
But first check the development plan regarding the eaves, read up on construction costs, which has kindly added, and then let the architect have a go.

Due to the bungalow area, the architect is necessary to calculate the number of floors and the statics. Only 1 full floor is allowed to be built, and then there are percentage guidelines for the ceiling height of the subsequent upper floors that must not be exceeded. I cannot calculate that with my pencil.What role does the architect play?

Couldn’t we also expand the outer shell of the residential building as shown in the following picture and integrate our guest bathroom with sauna into the utility room in the picture?! That’s where the original idea of the walk-through toilet comes from...
