So in the upper floor, I like number 4 the best, apart from the fact that I would do the walk-in closet a little differently. So paint the small hallway and extend the walk-in closet over that area; it doesn’t actually increase the wardrobe space, but visually everything will appear bigger and you have a bit of space to "get dressed" without standing in the "hallway."
