Shutdown problem Ikea Välgjord dishwasher

Our kitchen is only half a year old, so it is still under warranty. But I thought I would ask here first, maybe there is already a simple tip for fixing it. Since yesterday, our dishwasher (Välgjord) has been running continuously. The On/Off switch does not turn the machine off. Reset has of course also been tried. The drain pump runs continuously, even when the door is open. Only unplugging the power cord makes it stop. You can select programs, but only the pump runs and the countdown does not change. When I pour water into the pump, it also drains perfectly. Does anyone have a tip? Otherwise, I will probably call customer service. Thanks

If the pump is running continuously, the float switch in the sump has been triggered. You most likely have water in the sump ... Regards, IKEA-Friend PS: Dry it out and find the cause ...

Had the same error with VÄLGJORD. 3 attempts by the technician did not bring a solution. Almost the entire interior was replaced until Ikea eventually suggested collecting the machine again and refunding the purchase price. We agreed to this and the dishwasher was collected on August 14, 2018. Unfortunately, the purchase price has not been received to this day despite several inquiries ... ikea -- never again.
