Do the same with the slope and then just topsoil substrate on it. If puddles do form, there are special shafts that are buried in the ground and additionally connected to the drainage. It will get better at the latest when the grass has grown.

Do you have a soil survey that really shows the drainage as useful? That puddles form in the construction area in compacted or even removed soil is not a scandal. Don’t drive yourself crazy unnecessarily.
