Should the land be filled up or not?

Anything else would have become a penny uh grave of banknotes. But our plot was already built on and thus the earthworks were mostly done.

Simply sliding the basement under the planned house is expensive and will certainly result in a six-figure surplus. Including the basement in the spatial planning and keeping the terrain modeling as minimal as possible is a manageable surplus.

I'll read through your thread this evening. Somehow I thought you were further along.

We were basically at the point where the documents were completed and could then have been sent to the building authority, until the general contractor showed up last week with the new site plan..

Site manager just called me, he’s also fed up with this back-and-forth writing.. We’re meeting on Tuesday at the site, with all the plans, and then it will be decided how everything should finally look..

Current status: it needs to be replanned - everything back to square one.

I am really sad right now and losing interest in the whole project.

If I could, I would withdraw from the contract, leave the [Grundstück Grundstück] as it is, and continue living in my semi-detached house :(
