Should the land be filled up or not?

They are being replaced, I haven't checked exactly how, but I think I saw an angle grinder. So they certainly won't just be filling the holes or anything :D

Asking won't help, the colleagues only speak Polish. I'll take a look at it in daylight soon :)

A color difference between the solid bricks and the perforated bricks (logically not from the same palette) could, in individual cases and with the small "holes" here in a less conspicuous context, certainly argue in favor of mixing a filler with an engobe. However, the solution should be discussed in such a way that the participants at both ends of the hotline share the same native language. So this can definitely be discussed by a Pole, just not with a Dane; the technical aspect is otherwise the same in the countries of the construction worker, the manufacturer, and the building materials dealer.

My first thought (in the sense of ): Just ask in Polish... With Google translation tools, hands and feet it will work - loud laughter not excluded.

I think very highly of personal conversations, even if it means using hands and feet. But not everyone is like that and do you know that feeling when you realize that the person opposite you simply has no interest in a conversation? That's exactly how the guys were today and also the last times. Therefore, I don't force myself on them, because in the end they only do what someone else tells them to do. I will take a look at it in the next few days and can then report what exactly was done. If I don't see anything, I'll ask our foreman. But I'm sure it will be fine!

Yes, I know that, also from myself. People have different needs for communication and to be "left alone." Sometimes it is a basic characteristic, sometimes situational. There are many ways to invite someone to communicate, but sometimes, despite all efforts, it is simply not desired. Everyone knows this from a special form of communication: flirting. It doesn’t always work, and that’s okay..

That is very well put.
In my opinion, the guys just wanted to be left alone and get their work done.

Just now, my site manager also called me and informed me that the bricks were replaced. The supplier apparently mistakenly did not deliver the ordered ones to the construction site, so now the correct bricks could be set.

As soon as I am at the construction site in daylight, I will take a look at it too :)
