Hello everyone,
Three years ago, I had an Ikea kitchen installed. Among other things, I have the Faktum corner base cabinet (120) in the right kitchen corner. The kitchen is built in an L-shape, and the corner base cabinet basically connects the two legs. The door of the cabinet is on the left.
Now I am moving to a new apartment and can basically take the kitchen with me, but I have to set it up mirrored, meaning the corner base cabinet will then be in the left corner. Of course, that doesn’t work with the door on the left since the other leg starts there. Therefore, my layman’s question: can the cabinet simply be disassembled and set up mirrored?
The door with handle can still be easily replaced, but I can’t find any corner base cabinet where the door can be installed on the right.
I hope this makes sense?
