So the patch panel is already mounted, only the appropriate (Keystone) modules are needed. In this or another forum there is also a thread dealing with terminating the modules. You can do that yourself (each module comes with a leaflet with corresponding instructions, however two left hands are a hindrance in such work ...) On the other side, a flush-mounted box with LSA or also Keystone modules, done, the router is enough as a switch, there are only 4 network cables - right?

Network cable into the output port of the router and into the patch panel or the switch.

The ConnectBox or preferably a proper FritzBox must still be installed as a router, usually provided by the provider?

Uh, sorry. Ownership or rental? If rental, shouldn't the patch panel already be installed and tested? It can't be the tenant's responsibility ...?

Ownership! As far as I understand everything Patch panel + Switch all clear. But for me the signal has always come from the antenna socket as I said it is Unitymedia. That means my modem is connected to the TV socket. Where do I get the signal here?

From the corresponding devices that are installed by Unitymedia. You cannot do that yourself at all, as according to the picture at least some hardware is still missing, which will be provided. Then a cable from that into the router, and that's it.
