I looked at the other semi-detached house from the outside. From the outside, they are identical in construction. The lot size is roughly the same. It is a semi-detached house residential area. Therefore, the construction time should also be almost identical. The only thing is the interior (heating, well-maintained?) about which I cannot say anything.
The thing is that I have to assume that they are largely the identical houses. Could it be that the price from 2018 (average 450k) can rise to 670k at the beginning of 2021? This concerns a property on the city border to Berlin (in Brandenburg).
Can anyone say whether this price increase is real or a fantasy of the seller?
