Selection of a plot in the new development area

Thank you for the many tips. We find it difficult to buy about 100sqm for 30k, which "must" be planted with shrubs and trees. Ultimately, we lose 100sqm of usable space that would have been a great play area for our two children depending on the house size. Our thoughts go to the corner plots 8+12+17+20. 8 & 17 would be 20€ cheaper because ED. Here the consideration is whether the smaller and cheaper plots make sense with a basement and consequently smaller living space on the ground floor + upper floor. 20 naturally has more sealed surface due to the south access, but is the largest. Small calculation: (455sqm*290€/sqm)+(140sqm*3000€/sqm)+(100,000€ basement including white tank) = 652k (600sqm*310€/sqm)+(165sqm*3000€/sqm) = 681k Am I somewhere in the range with the 100k for the basement?

It became plot 4. We were sure that this beautiful plot would surely be taken with the least compromises for us, but we could hardly believe it. Yes, at 658 sqm, it is larger than originally planned, but it offers the most for us due to its location and orientation. To the right of it is a horse pasture, and nothing else will be built there.
