Ah yes, that makes quite a lot clearer: 1) the difference in the usage templates is apparently only that over 500 sqm only single-family houses and below that also semi-detached houses are permitted. 2) mainly the plots 6, 7, 15 and 16 (ED) as well as 10 and 11 (E) seem to be attractive.

I do not understand the question: in what way "smaller" - which sizes do you have in mind?

We were not thinking of under 450 sqm due to no basement, but also not larger than ~600 sqm. There are still a few corner plots that fall below that. How is it with 10 and 11 (actually good size) regarding the terrace orientation?
