Play through the scenario that the project has in store: your dream house on a plot where it fits and where you want to live for the next 30 years. Everything else doesn't matter for now. During the construction phase, you get to know future neighbors and become friends. A neighbor who is attentive is worth their weight in gold.

Are there elevations in this development area? To which areas / streets is it connected (I see little "context" / "large-scale" integration)?

I would choose 18 to 20 if I couldn’t afford the southern properties. Access from the north, place the house as far north as possible, and living area and garden on the bright south to west side. A hedge to the neighbors, if you want that.

As has already been said here: You get privacy if you plant a (solid) hedge as required, but you should carry out this planning together with the house construction planning, especially to avoid problems later with the distinction between "house garden" and "front garden."

Please state the price per square meter, especially if it is not the same for all plots, which I would expect here.

The price per square meter is 245 euros throughout the entire building area. We don't quite understand exactly what you mean by house garden and front garden. For example, if you compare 18 and 25, on which plot would you ultimately have more privacy through a hedge? If you place the house as far forward as possible on 18 or as far back as possible on 25? But then space is lost due to the driveway, for example, or are we mistaken in our thinking? Sorry, we are really complete beginners in this area...
