Selecting property overwhelms us

Don't stress so much, you can get a beautiful house on every plot from these. Unfortunately, you now have to find the intersection between:

- as flat as possible (slopes are expensive to build on)
- away from the roads
- not choosing the most popular ones because then you'll end up in the lottery

With planting / hedge, you can make any plot look good within a few years so that no one is looking over your shoulder

If we understood it correctly, then you are not allowed to build a three-story house, or we can’t think of any rooms that could be there because essentially all rooms are living and recreational rooms, right?
