Don't stress so much, you can get a beautiful house on every plot from these. Unfortunately, you now have to find the intersection between:

- as flat as possible (slopes are expensive to build on)
- away from the roads
- not choosing the most popular ones because then you'll end up in the lottery

With planting / hedge, you can make any plot look good within a few years so that no one is looking over your shoulder

Thank you! That already helps and calms me down a lot. Would you tend more towards 28 in first place or 37 regarding the plot shape? That would still help me with the order

Did you read this?

Despite active noise protection measures, residential and living rooms above the second full floor are excluded in the planning area. Additionally, noise level zones III and IV are graphically designated in the planning area. At the eastern edge of the area, due to peak noise levels at night (industrial noise), additional requirements are necessary for the windows on the 1st upper floor – on the side facing the noise.

Yes. If we understood it correctly, then you are not allowed to build a three-story house, or we can’t think of any rooms that could be there because essentially all rooms are living and recreational rooms, right? And the thing with the windows in the east wouldn’t affect ‘our’ plots. Or did we misunderstand something important?

Then that's fine Should read everything beforehand, but one is busy (-: With 28 you would definitely have more privacy if you place your garden to the south… unless a multi-family house is built on the large property?

Really sweet that people here in the forum help so, so well even though you don't know each other! Thank you ❤️ If we have read the development plan correctly, then at most a semi-detached house could be built there.
