Our floor-to-ceiling windows are, according to the builder, professionally sealed from the INSIDE.

The sealing from the OUTSIDE is supposedly our responsibility...

How would you accomplish this?

There is a fully covered terrace in front of all the windows... But I still think the whole thing should be sealed properly.

Or am I worrying unnecessarily?

In that case, I would not agree to any "builder-supplied" arrangements for the base sealing in the area of floor-to-ceiling windows. If it gets damp, he will refer to your own work and a dispute is preprogrammed.

Our window installer created a tray at this point using EPDM tape. In your case, however, this probably still requires a smooth coat to close off the exposed masonry and create a substrate for the bonding. An alternative could be, for example, liquid plastic.

Our construction contractor informed me by email that the sealing from the INSIDE was carried out according to standards.

The forgotten connection...

That is a service owed by the BU, as it is not a service according to the recognized rules of technology. He probably didn't catch the point.... To define that as a construction-side service!
