Sealing of floor-to-ceiling windows from the outside

I was at the construction site after work today, the window installer started today, I haven’t spoken with the window installer yet, I believe from his side everything on the outside is done, he had pointed out the base sealing to me beforehand.

Then the roofer would be next.

What needs to be considered here, do a few bricks need to be removed, I had seen such a recess on some, or how should it be proceeded?

A bucket of sealing putty costs 50€, the work is a joke. What is supposed to cost 2500€?

Good material is expensive, you can forget about 50 euros. And the problem is that you have to make three trips and quite a bit of labor costs are incurred. But yes, I agree with you, 2500 is a lot, but that's how the quotes were across the board.

Definitely not. That will tear you apart and then you might as well give up.

Make the gutter better.

Regarding sealing: in the PDF about the forgotten connection it is actually described very well. There are several products based on bitumen or cement. If you want to leave it purely to financial considerations, I advise you to have it properly sealed at your own expense.

If I do it myself, what would be the exact sequence for me? Do I need to consider anything regarding the [Klinker], does it remain untouched?
