Sealing of floor-to-ceiling windows from the outside

I have contacted some roofers.

They all suggested sealing the whole thing with EPDM foil....
For 4 floor-to-ceiling windows each 1m wide, estimates ranged from 400€ to 900€...

If anyone has a detailed guide for this, please post!
I would rather not remove the clinker... Maybe it can be done somehow like this?!

Get it done for the great price! EPDM is okay. But make sure the work is done properly.

Definitely not. It tears you apart and then you might as well forget it.

Why?
As a rule, the entire base with the floor slab is sealed with it.

I don't see any problem with that either. But safety is always one more reason to spend money, the gutter under the canopy is nothing else either.
