Screed does not extend into the reveals at windows / terrace doors on the ground floor

With us, it was initially the case that there was no screed there. According to the tiler, that would be okay, as the screed would then be too thin and not durable there. But he did something underneath himself and laid the tiles up to the windows. You probably caught a tiler who doesn't feel responsible for thinking along. Although the architect could have noticed that too. But I assume that it can be easily fixed. If necessary, a few tiles will just have to be removed.
