Screed does not extend into the reveals at windows / terrace doors on the ground floor

As it looks, the window is installed too low or where is the screed supposed to lie.

Is that the only window or does it affect all of them?

If the window is installed too low, what follow-up costs do you have? That should be covered by the house builder, right?!

Construction was with architect and individual contracting. He was also surprised, just like the tiler, but obviously no one considered it necessary to question the matter. We will, of course, make up for that now.

It is possible that this can still be worked on. Maybe even extravagant with mosaic or wood in the color of the beam. Then it will look as planned.
