They are then dead... due to completion! If there are defects, I would point them out to the landlord, property manager, and architect! Threaten with rent reduction

If it is not a rental management, the property management will not be able to deal with tenant complaints. No contractual relationship, no compensation, only extra effort. If the wasps are in the common property, the manager will order the control. The owner can report this to the management. If poor work was done during a renovation and a specialist, here an architect, supervised and was the construction manager, he must also approve and take responsibility. Usually, balcony coverings are private property, but not the substructure. Usually, windows are common property, as they are essentially parts of the facade, and already here one could not proceed without the declaration of division, an ownership matter. Measures in private property are the responsibility of the owner. If the owner is unable to do so, the tenant cannot informally assist him in dealing with the management, even if well-intentioned.

Even if a construction forum could give advice, what is supposed to be done with the advice afterwards?

Best regards
Gabriele

Where does the tenant get the addresses of the renting owners? And are they happy when a tenant bypasses the advisory board to get involved with them? For me, the roofer or locksmith who does the sheet metal work and sealing is simply missing. Who says that this has already been approved and not only the trades whose work has been photographed? Best regards Gabriele
