Requirements KfW 300 - Question

the KfW funding must be applied for before signing for a corresponding new building. For this, you need a specialist in energy efficiency and sustainability who prepares the "Bestätigung zum Antrag (BZA)" for you. Does anyone know what all is needed for that?

The confirmation for the application (BZA) is created by the energy efficiency expert at the KfW. What they need is indicated by KfW information sheets, which you can find on the information page about the funding program. And you can best find an EEE through the EEE list of Dena.

In short: everything. So planning (if you will, the building application), construction description, technical equipment. Large house construction companies just pass it from one office to another and sign it like that, because they have all the data. However, they will probably only do that if you have signed beforehand.

You actually need the complete planning. The energy consultant has to calculate everything to generate a confirmation for the application (BZA) and to ensure that the planned house meets the requirements for KFW300. We went through all these steps 6 weeks ago. Costs are already in the range of 2000-5000€ with LCA.
