Request for opinions and experience values for the selection of an indoor staircase

Ground floor in two variants: .... when it comes to BT, you probably can't avoid taking over the load-bearing walls.
Therefore standard, as planned (I didn't know what openness was desired in this regard) and then put the kitchen where it is also used - on the terrace :) Kitchen island once at 160 cm and then at 200 cm length, 90 cm width

You have a rather spacious house with a basement. I don't understand why storage rooms and a utility room are planned on the ground floor and first floor, which take up space. Why is the entrance on the side if then the hallway makes such an ugly bend? Does it have to be like that? Given the size and without an additional office on the ground floor, you could really get something much better out of it. YPG's suggestion is already better than your original one, but she stayed very close to it. Again, the question here: How much freedom do you still have to make changes?

I assume that the floor plan is not up for discussion at all here (that would be unusual if a builder were to ask about the wishes for the staircase so early). I firmly believe that the location of the staircase is due to the fact that the builder wants to be able to build essentially the same floor plan also with roof shapes where a staircase not set back from the long side would cause a headroom problem; and furthermore, that "this" house is optionally available with or without a basement. If there is a basement, then the utility room on the ground floor simply becomes the "study" (because "guest" would sound even more ridiculous with this room layout). The side entrance will already be a "variation" to move the entrance to the driveway side, where the gable side can be the front yard side. My knowledge of my insiders even considers it possible that the same model is also used as a townhouse.
