Off Topic:
Yes, the area behind the stairs is missing in front of or here next to the stairs. But it should work. It's just a pity that chambers are generated behind the stairs despite the basement, instead of using the space in the common rooms. A shower would also have fit between the bedroom and bathroom. I think the decision about the shower was made because it was considered practical and funny. With the stairs against the wall, the shower could have been placed just as well, allowing even more space in the bedroom and kitchen/hallway. Anyway, it's settled, right?
Well then: Keep in mind for yourself, when choosing the stairs, that you won't have the views and perspectives like those you posted here. You will see them from the side. The stair starting point will appear spiraled. The stairs will probably also be in a rather dark area. In this respect, I wouldn't rate them too highly now.
