I could imagine a walk-in shower with a depth of 70-80 cm and the full room width at the top of the plan. Access from the left (So a glass wall 90 cm wide starts on the right at the wall and ends 70 cm before the left wall), the window is in the shower - I've seen that quite often. Because of the tiled floor and since it has to be squeegeed after showering anyway, the window is quite accessible. But maybe it could also be moved, e.g. all the way to the left corner.
On the right in front of the shower is the toilet and on the very front left the sink.
I still like hemali's idea .. it also matched my thoughts. Then the washing machine was added ;). There are depth-reduced washing machine models that are 46 to max. 50 cm deep and just under 85 cm high.
Therefore, the bathroom door opens outwards .. I would find that very important overall. Then the washing machine on the left, above it a shelf as drawn in orange. Then next to the washing machine there is space under the board for the drain and washing machine connection. On top of that a countertop basin.
Toilet on the right .. built-in to the shaft depth at about 120 cm height ... is then also a shelf for shower stuff in the shower. Toilet mounted so that there is enough distance to the glass wall of the shower.
In front of the window possibly curtains made of shower curtain material, which are really pulled in front of the window when showering and then can drip comfortably into the shower afterwards.
On the left then in red there would also be room for a towel radiator.
Crucial point ... the passage between the washbasin and the toilet will only be about 40 cm. But that would probably be acceptable.
