Is this supposed to be a joke? A complete new electrical installation without inspection? Sorry, but you can't be serious???

Why not? If you know what you're doing.

Because your insurance may see it differently in case of doubt. Even if you "knew what you were doing"...

You can always forget to connect the PE in the socket. Or connect it to the wrong one because of a blind connection. You check this by measuring afterwards. Or if insulation was partly pinched and the loop resistance is no longer correct? Then the fuse doesn’t blow in case of a short circuit.

I’ve seen all that and much, much more.

These are life-threatening mistakes.

I never rely on the work of electricians in principle. The rule is: What hasn’t been checked doesn’t work.

I mean, do whatever you want. But please don’t advise that in an internet forum too.

The eternal argument with insurance. Good insurances only do not pay in cases of gross negligence. If a trained electrician does something, that does not apply.

First of all, none of us has advised that.

And do you seriously believe that the things you mentioned are checked in new buildings? Even if a master listed with the municipal utility company signs for it.
