I haven't heard anything here so far, but I can well imagine it; the provider makes a solid, professional impression. The "usual suspects" for this market segment with W so far here are only Weisenburger, Wengerter, and Werner (besides Brale, Traumhaus / Hildmann and the like) – to my recollection, we haven't had Wilma here yet. And Tecklenburg has also been rare so far.

I suspect at Krausbaum in Wahn – so near airport CGN. Such projects are usually brownfield developments.

Aside from the fact that this is illegal work and you shouldn’t necessarily write such things in an internet forum... He must be a very, very good friend if he completely gutting a 120m² house and redoing the electrical work for a thousand euros and a few bottles of beer. And who does the acceptance and signs off? Is the buddy a master electrician and registered with the municipal utilities?

What do you have inspected during a renovation? As long as you don’t have to touch the meter, you can theoretically do whatever you want in your own house.
