Renew old heating with heat pump or gas boiler and domestic hot water heat pump

There is fundamentally nothing against that at first. But if you operate your heating system with a flow temperature of 50-60 degrees, you will drive the heat pump into ruin. If I were a car dealer, I would also speak badly of your current ride.

You did not answer my question.

Hot water via both. Could it be the circulation pump? Flow temperature approximately 40 degrees.

If hot water runs neither through ST nor through gas, the problem is not with the heating itself. If the flow temperature is currently already at NAT, then there could be good chances that the heat pump is running well.

There is already hot water, but only after what feels like 5 minutes. The simple option would be a new gas boiler. I would at least like to have the domestic water heat pump as well. However, I cannot get it upstairs without significant effort (the pull-out staircase to the attic is only 55 cm wide). The boiler from Weishaupt would fit up the stairs, as would the potable water storage tank from Weishaupt WAS Tower Eco with a diameter of 50 cm. And of course, the domestic water heat pump in the basement. Then I would have more self-consumption from the future photovoltaic system. Would a hot water line then need to be installed? There is only a cold water connection in the basement.

So all around me, functioning oil and gas heating systems are being removed (and replaced with heat pumps) because prices and the supply situation are becoming increasingly critical. In addition, the whole of Germany only has about 15 years left to replace all gas heating systems. Therefore, I cannot quite understand how, if you have to renew the heating system anyway, anyone in 2022 still comes up with the idea of thinking about gas. In my opinion, completely wasted money.

The heating load is low, and the exterior wall area as well. If the flow temperature is too high, you can (well subsidized) replace the radiators with more efficient ones. Photovoltaics should always be as large as possible. Nine modules sounds like "only one of two sides covered."

It is also a financial question. If there is no gas left, only the heat pump remains. Really mount it on the pitched roof as the HB suggests? I am open to other suggestions.
