Purchase of a building plot planned

We are trying to obtain more precise information about this today. Yesterday on the phone, the broker only said that the property is currently leased, but that this would not be a problem because the lease agreement would be terminated anyway when the owner changes. However, this is not correct, as someone already wrote further above and my own research has shown.
