Promotion of Bayernlabo for non-owner-occupied property

I have a question about whether there are funding opportunities for the following situation. We are a young family and originally planned to build a single-family house. We would presumably be eligible for funding from Bayernlabo. Now the plans have changed a bit. We can move into my parents' house if we build a new apartment/bungalow for them, which overall simply makes more sense.

However, we now have the problem that we will build the bungalow but will not live in it ourselves. Is that still eligible for funding and what should be considered?

Relatively simple answer: Either live in it yourself or forgo funding.

There are still subsidies for rental housing construction, but it makes no sense for a single-family house.

Too bad, I feared that. Rental apartment construction wouldn't fit anyway, since it is not really rented out, but the parents simply have a right of residence without a rental contract or similar.
