RC2N is sufficient _from my personal_ point of view as burglary protection on the ground floor and those windows in the attic or upper floor where slight access from outside is possible. So above carports or garages; on the other hand, RC2N does not cost that much more that it would significantly reduce your costs.
Actually the corresponding cables or empty conduits?
Prefabricated garage 2.96 x 8.96 m
We have an edge location and want to secure the window panes accordingly. The neighbor has barred everything, which I personally find terrible. Living in your own prison.
"Empty conduit with empty box for TV with SAT socket and cable to the distributor" "IT double socket Cat.6 with double network cable Cat.7 to the router" --> I understand it as if it actually includes cables
We are not getting a prefabricated garage; it will be built onto the house so that with a gross width of 3.00 m, there remain 2.80 m net inside the garage.
Otherwise, it occurs to me that the roof covering is somewhat higher quality than in the offers we have, we decided on 24 cm aerated concrete blocks + ETICS instead of the originally offered 17.5 cm Poroton bricks + ETICS, and there is also elaborate insulation under the floor slab, and the ducts for heating in the basement and stove in the living room have also cost a few euros.
Whether a chemical report is needed I cannot say at the moment.
Best regards back!
