Then you won’t get any network/LAN either. I wouldn’t go without it in a new build (it is widely discussed in the forum). You can do without TAE if you have LAN wiring. If you let LAN be installed, then plan double sockets in every room right away (except maybe the bathroom).

I would skip the TAE connection (is a connection for a telephone) and rather use the empty conduit for laying a network cable, but then directly a double socket, for that you need a different empty conduit (M25 instead of M20 as with a TAE line), but that costs only slightly more.

Read the construction service description carefully. This often only refers to an excavation of 30cm.

What about the additional construction costs? Are they included in a BT house or do they still have to be borne by the builder in a GU house?

What about the garden? Are the paving works included as well as the splash guard or the platform?
SÄT bowl?
Is the outdoor water tap sufficient?
Floor coverings?

However, we don’t have to be stingy here if the additional construction costs and the utility connections come with a big chunk.

As I said, I will talk to him again about the earthworks.

I can't find the platform.

Excerpt from the construction service description
Paving work
"
The terrace, the driveway, and the house entrance (area approx. 95 m²) will be leveled according to the drawing and roughly covered with gravel 0-45, compacted, and paved with rectangular anthracite pavers.
The residential building will be surrounded with edging stones and gravel filling (50 cm wide).
"

Floor coverings are included or do you mean whether we can manage with the prices?

Utility connections are also included

Same here.

Window rebate ventilation and KFW 55 whoever comes up with that should go back to school.
Only with controlled residential ventilation.

I’ve never understood that. What’s the point then? The best ones are the houses where they take the saving nonsense to the extreme and shutters are only present in the bathrooms or something.

I find shutters particularly essential on the upper floor because you can darken the rooms without any problems; the reasons are manifold.

Then there is no LAN either but the budget feature from the 80s/90s with TAE (which nobody needs anymore nowadays).

So either upgrade or install yourself.

In addition, satellite cabling and all the LAN devices would come. Could still be 1-2 thousand more.

I think we misunderstood each other. Shutters are included in every window anyway, I just meant the electric control possibly only on the ground floor.
