On Monday I'll upload the construction service description. We are buying the plot fully developed directly from the city. Our general contractor also said he is not keen on doing the flooring and painting work etc. for us but does offer them. And of course, it’s clear that it won’t stay with that amount! Ok then that fits :)

I'm not sure about the electricity costs and you still have an external device. In any case, I do prefer geothermal energy. He didn't say why he didn't do that. He only said at the first appointment that if he builds, it would only be with geothermal energy.

Well, with modern air heat pumps, the electricity costs are actually quite reasonable. Have you already asked whether geothermal energy is possible on the property... for example, in water protection areas, it is usually not approved.

Well, what does mild mean? We have been told by several acquaintances about costs of 70-80€/month on average per year for about 150 sqm as their experience value... I don't think that's much... even if it should be a bit higher.

There is plenty of experience here in the forum and also on the internet. Air heat pump is tolerable in terms of costs if the temperatures do not fall below 0.

Ok, then you have to include the ancillary construction costs. They are always the responsibility of the builder. A home builder is not responsible for your plot.
But you seem to completely ignore the question about ancillary construction costs. I wonder whether I should :D or :(.
