...in front of the power connection box, according to DIN, at least 1.50 must be available - not fully blocked, but the possibility to fall backward!
But without any measurements...

Thanks ypg : ) Unfortunately, the measurements are not available yet. We actually drew the draft ourselves on paper and the planner from the construction company quickly visualized it on the computer for the offer. :)

Could you please mention any other disadvantages from your experience, besides the technical room? ;)
PS, the technical room is 2m x 1.7m, I just measured.

, a friend of ours said the same about the technical room; for him, the entire heating installation for the geothermal heat pump fit in. Now I'm undecided. :(

Is it that bad? We sketched the design ourselves and the planner (not an architect!) visualized it. :(
We are also not satisfied with the corner and angles in the bedroom and dressing room, do you possibly have any suggestions?

Oh, I see. Ok. Learned something new again. Then it just fits with us :) Our room is only 1.80 m wide and 2 m long.

Give the supplier and the heating installers a 12m2 room and they will pretty much use all of it. That’s how it is in our “old” house now. Besides the washing machine and dryer, there really isn’t room for anything else. But in the new house, they had to make do with less than 4m2 and look - it worked too. Therefore, I would always keep this room as small as possible/necessary. Of course, regulations should be observed, but architects are there for that, to know things like what Yvonne mentioned.

I am neither an architect nor a planner... I am far from both, but somehow many points give me chills. I cannot describe it.

Just try to draw a virtual path in the rain from the dressing room to the car... certainly not an unusual path. You will have walked so many curves, not to mention mileage allowance.

The design simply feels insanely convoluted. In my opinion, it is not enough to move one or two walls and everything will be great.

We have just under 6 sqm of utility room, and it will be tight when everything is completely finished.
