True enough! But honestly? Those are details to be planned in due time, just not in the sketch planning – and that’s all this is.

@TE, don’t be misled by all the Viebrock stuff, because you only adapted and took over the Edition 425. Go to several good GCs or an architect.

What also hasn't been considered yet, when you come home you enter your house through the garage... through the pantry, the kitchen, the living room up to the entrance area, where you can finally take off your shoes and coat...

To be honest, the floor plan for the ground floor doesn't work like this, you'll be annoyed after two days.

Oh, look at that!
We happened to be in the show house... we adopted the kitchen's utility window there... in this design it was omitted because of the garage.
And yes:
we didn't like the upper floor in the parents' area, because it was too convoluted and too spacious in the hallways :rolleyes:

The floor plan should be a Viebrockhaus? Or at least based on it? Oh dear... I wasn’t used to that from them.
